Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Program Associate to support setup, coordination, and ongoing management of programs for enterprise accounts. You will liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational consistency and high customer satisfaction.

You will develop playbooks, monitor metrics, and help deploy standard processes across locations while maintaining documentation and facilitating timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of program/project coordination experience.
