Job summary

DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Talent Development Program Coordinator to administer internship and mentorship programs and help grow employee skills. The role partners with HR and leaders to design resources, onboard interns, and plan the annual intern summit.

You will track participation and outcomes, and continuously improve program quality. The position supports a hybrid work model with a strong focus on work-life balance, professional development, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, event coordination/planning, project management, or training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Internship and Mentorship programs, including onboarding and resources.
• Lead Internship Summit planning, logistics, and budgeting.
• Support development and management of mentorship connections and outcomes.
• Monitor program effectiveness, collect feedback, and propose improvements.
• Maintain training activity records and progress reports for the organization.
