Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, workforce development, talent management, higher education partnerships, internship coordination, or employee development.

Responsibilities

• Internship Program Oversight: Manage and oversee the internship, practicum, and student placement programs.
• Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects that support associate growth and organizational learning objectives.
• Quality, Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all talent development, internship, and training programs comply with policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Data, Reporting & Performance Metrics: Use evaluation data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Operational & Administrative Management: Coordinate day-to-day operations and program communications.
• Education & Professional Development: Promote accountability and ongoing learning across the organization.
