Job summary

Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Attending and completing all job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• Preferred: BS in Business Management and Leadership; experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management.

• Coordinate job-related activities and assignments by engaging with key stakeholders.
• Support plans to meet customer and business needs and communicate goals and objectives.
• Develop associates through mentoring, training, and recognition; foster a sense of belonging.
