Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and company growth targets.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by engaging stakeholders and setting goals.
• Identify improvement opportunities and promote continuous learning and accountability.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities through training, mentoring, and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support Walmart values and ethics.
• Foster a culture of belonging and empower associates to thrive.
