Job summary

You will hire, train, mentor, and apply Walmart's Open Door policy to cultivate a culture of belonging and accountability. This role requires 2 years of college or equivalent experience, supervisory background, and willingness to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Bachelor-level supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store associates, hiring and mentoring staff.
• Coordinate staffing and assign duties to meet customer and business needs.
• Uphold Walmart policies and Open Door practice to promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
• Drive customer-first service and operational efficiency in a high-volume environment.
