Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Extensive knowledge and technical skill in a variety of productions jobs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, and direct personnel on shift in operations per sound principles and company policies.
• Stimulate safety, efficiency, and productivity; ensure proper training of employees.
• Anticipate delays and take actions to meet production schedules.
• Monitor and confirm machinery, equipment, and facilities are maintained and sanitized for efficient production.
• Arrange production records (e.g., payroll, yields) and maintain them.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork.
• Attend meetings as scheduled or called.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
