Job summary

Pigment is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer for a 6-month contract to build high-quality pipelines across GTM and other functions. You will hunt top SaaS revenue talent in North America, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with senior partners to shape hiring strategy.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools, develop strategic outreach, and champion Pigment's employer brand in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of the North America SaaS revenue ecosystem, including familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies.
• Exceptional sourcing and headhunting capabilities with a proven track record of engaging passive talent.
• Experience leveraging multiple sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn.
• Naturally curious with excellent research skills and a passion for understanding talent markets.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality pipelines for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, G&A, and other strategic roles, focusing on Enterprise Sales.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, referrals, networking, and other methods.
• Develop outreach strategies with high response rates and strong first impressions of Pigment.
• Partner with TA Managers to map talent, analyze compensation trends, and provide market feedback.
• Create talent maps identifying key companies, markets and candidate pools.
