Job summary

bubb is seeking a Talent Coordinator to join onsite at the Austin, TX headquarters for a premier defense tech client. You’ll be the face of the candidate experience, managing interview logistics and hosting candidates on-site.

This W2 contract role offers on-site collaboration, exposure to fast-growing tech and defense recruiting, and potential extension. You’ll partner with bubb recruiters and client hiring managers to keep schedules tight and ATS hygiene strong.

Qualifications

This role is full-time on-site at our client’s headquarters in Austin, TX

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and energetic Talent Coordinator to join us on-site for one of our premier clients, a pioneering defense tech company headquartered in Austin, TX. They build advanced, proprietary hardware and AI/ML-powered software robotic weapon stations purpose-built for national security and defense modernization.

As the operational engine of the recruiting process, you will ensure candidate experience is seamless and interview logistics run like clockwork. This is a W2 contract position but has strong potential to be extended or move on to other opportunities within Bubb.

If you love solving scheduling puzzles, hosting candidates on-site, and keeping hiring managers organized, this is your zone. The role itself

• Embedded on-site within a client account, acting as the face of the candidate experience at their Austin, TX headquarters.
• Managing complex interview scheduling, coordinating panel interviews, technical presentations, and executive syncs across multiple time zones.
• Greeting candidates on-site, hosting interview days, and ensuring candidate visits run smoothly from start to finish.
• Partnering closely with Bubb recruiters and client hiring managers to clear scheduling bottlenecks and maintain ATS hygiene.
• Assisting with offer letter distribution, background check initiation, and onboarding handoffs.
• Having fun delivering a top-tier candidate experience for an awesome defense tech team!
