bubb is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Technology & Engineering to support a high-growth US defense tech client. You will recruit software engineers, computer vision, and ML specialists, acting as an in-house recruiter within the client account.

This role emphasizes pipeline management, interview coordination, and candidate negotiations, with hybrid or remote sourcing options and collaboration with Austin and Alexandria teams.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technology and engineering roles.
• Ability to manage pipelines and negotiate offers.
• Comfort recruiting for defense tech brands; hybrid/remote sourcing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embedded within a client account, representing a cutting-edge defense robotics brand as an ‘in-house’ recruiter.
• Specializing in Tech searches, sourcing top-tier talent (Software Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, Machine Learning) to bring defense products to life.
• Managing pipeline, scheduling interviews, and candidate negotiations.
• Deep-dive sourcing across LinkedIn, industry-specific networks, and localized technical talent pools as required.
• Liaising with client-side external stakeholders, plant managers, and operations leaders in Austin and Alexandria.
• Working alongside bubb's creative team and account managers to optimise candidate attraction.
