Talent Coordinator – Onsite | Full‑Time | Operations

As a Talent Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in connecting top talent with meaningful job opportunities while helping our clients grow their workforce. This isn’t your typical office support role — it’s a mix of relationship‑building, onboarding coordination, and branch operations support.

If you’re resourceful, people‑savvy, and passionate about making a difference, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for talent and visitors — creating a warm, welcoming experience in person, by phone, or via email.
  • Enhance the talent experience by coordinating onboarding and compliance processes (background checks, drug screens, E‑Verify, I‑9) including support for all payrolling businesses.
  • Support recruiting and marketing efforts by posting jobs, helping with social media, and participating in sourcing or marketing calls as needed.
  • Build talent relationships that generate referrals and keep our talent community strong.
  • Assist with payroll‑related tasks such as time collection, timecard troubleshooting, and pay stub support.
  • Help maintain clean and accurate systems by closing out unpaid assignments post‑payroll and ensuring documentation is up to date.
  • Assist with reporting for clients — including timekeeping, invoicing, or census/status updates.
  • Support back‑office functions by distributing compliance notices, updating pay/bill rates, and coordinating with HR and finance as needed.
  • Keep the branch running smoothly — from opening mail and ordering supplies to maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Actively participate in daily team huddles to stay aligned on branch goals and priorities.
Who Thrives Here
  • Friendly and approachable, with a natural knack for hospitality.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Proactive, dependable, and great at juggling multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
  • Passionate about helping people and supporting a team.
