Job summary

Medix is seeking a Talent Concierge Coordinator for the Talent Experience Team in Scottsdale. This temporary role supports a major, high-volume account from kickoff to completion, reporting to the Senior Director of Client and Talent Experience.

You will manage communications, engagement, and administrative logistics across the assignment lifecycle, requiring extreme organization, urgency, and the confidence to have tough conversations when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 months of administrative, staffing, recruiting, or high-touch customer support experience.
• Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with a high sense of urgency.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across a large contractor population.
• Strong communication skills and a fearless phone presence—unafraid to pick up the phone to handle callouts, coaching, or difficult conversations with tact and firmness.

Responsibilities

• Work hand-in-hand with the Account Manager as the primary administrative driver and talent contact for a specialized, high-volume project.
• Serve as the main point of contact for talent relationships, delivering high-quality communication via phone, text, and email from offer acceptance to project completion.
• Support talent through the full pre-start process—keeping them engaged, driving compliance and paperwork completion with urgency, and conducting prep calls to ensure day-one readiness.
• Manage the full talent touchpoint cadence to maintain continuous engagement throughout their assignment.
• Own the weekly timecard process, including collecting and managing timecard approvals for weekly payroll close.
• Manage daily operational inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, time-off requests, and account policies.
• Act as the frontline contact for attendance issues and callouts, taking immediate action to address disruptions.
• Coordinate the end-of-assignment process, including offboarding conversations and equipment return.
