Job summary

10X Health System is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across clinical, sales, marketing, and corporate roles. You will build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial outreach through offer in a fast-paced, high-growth environment in Scottsdale.

The role requires organization, clear communication, and the ability to balance multiple openings while partnering with the VP of People & Culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and MS Office.
• Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit individuals who align with 10X Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and functions from sourcing through offer.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines using job boards, outbound sourcing, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide updates on candidate flow, and support interview decisions.
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
• Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions and interview materials as needed.
• Balance competing priorities across multiple roles while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
