Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Communications Assistant Director based in Atlanta to partner with business leaders across the Americas. You will develop strategic communications, drive engagement initiatives, and manage multi-channel programs that align with service lines, industries, and geographic markets.

Experience with AI tools and senior stakeholder collaboration is essential. You will lead content development, create strategic plans, monitor program effectiveness, and ensure consistent messaging

• Strong written and oral communication abilities for broad audiences
• Ability to articulate complex topics concisely
• Proven teamwork and leadership experience including mentoring junior staff
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and workflow automation
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Responsibilities

• Support and execute EY Talent Communications strategy with stakeholders
• Draft and edit communications and secure reviews/approvals
• Create strategic comms plans for Talent function
• Oversee execution of large-scale comms programs across Talent areas
• Manage channels (emails, newsletters, intranet, websites)
• Leverage AI tools to develop deliverables and optimize workflow
• Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external channels
• Present complex ideas and anticipate challenges to stakeholders
• Build relationships with stakeholders and media when needed
• Create comms for EY leadership to inform, inspire and motivate audiences
• Work independently and manage deadlines with attention to detail
