Gushcloud International is seeking a Talent Management Coordinator to support the US talent agency operations in Los Angeles. You will assist sourcing, campaign coordination, and talent communications under senior agents, with a path toward becoming an Associate Talent Agent.

The role focuses on live talent operations across sourcing, campaign execution, and communications, coordinating with brand partners and internal teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or related coordination.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Interest in growing into an Associate Talent Agent role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and identifying talent/creators for campaigns.
• Support end-to-end campaign execution: deliverables, timelines, approvals, posting schedules.
• Communicate with talent to relay briefs, deadlines, and updates professionally.
• Coordinate with brand partners and internal teams to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Maintain records of campaigns, deliverables, and talent availability.
• Assist with light contract, admin and invoicing tasks with the finance team.
• Shadow senior agents to learn negotiation, pitching, and account management.
