Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a multi-site operation. You will partner with leaders to deliver people strategies, manage performance, and handle employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The role requires 7+ years HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP, and a readiness to travel 50-60%. A bachelor’s in HR or related field is expected, with fluent English required.

• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Travel 50-60%, permanent, benefits eligible.

• Familiarity with workforce planning processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with planning teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience guiding, coaching, and leading in sensitive employee situations.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field OR equivalent experience.
• Must be fluent in English, other languages a plus.
