Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a multi-site distribution network in Raleigh, NC. You will partner with leaders to deliver strategic HR programs and operational HR delivery.

The role requires 7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR business partner, strong knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to translate national strategies locally. Travel 40-50% is expected, permanent position with benefits.

Job description

• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems, with a focus on operational HR delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
• Ability to translate national strategies at a local/regional level.
• Experience managing and executing key HR processes, such as performance management and employee relations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle medium-complex assignments.
• Familiarity with workforce planning processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with planning teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience guiding, coaching, and leading in sensitive employee situations.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field OR equivalent experience.
