Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with regional and national teams across HR disciplines. The role focuses on strategic HR delivery, workforce planning, and effective stakeholder management within a fast-paced distribution environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a proven track record in leading teams, driving regional programs, and resolving sensitive issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven HR professional with 8+ years of experience in business partnering across all HR disciplines, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, training and development, worker's compensation, compliance, and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of professionals.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with peers to influence and drive regional and/or national strategies and programs.
  • Proven experience in a diverse, multi-site distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems, with a focus on strategic HR delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence business leaders.
  • Experience contributing to the execution of HR strategies and initiatives at a regional level.
  • Significant involvement in resolving and overseeing sensitive, difficult, or confrontational issues.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with planning teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
  • Ability to take complex topics and translate them into actionable deliverables or solutions for a team.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate an understanding of business models, operations, and financial structures.
  • Expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements specific to assigned territory.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
