Job summary

The position focuses on developing models, tools, and resources for talent planning, organizational development, and leadership development while collaborating with stakeholders across KP

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years managing talent management processes (e.g. talent acquisition, performance evaluations, organizational development, succession planning).
• Minimum three (3) years in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Social Science, Public Administration or related field; eight+ years in HR or related field; substitutions possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional stakeholders; drive projects; mentor teams; communicate to move initiatives forward; develop plans to leverage strengths and adapt to change.
• Oversee business-specific projects; ensure adherence to procedures; develop work plans; allocate resources; partner to make decisions; monitor progress.
• Set strategic HR direction; engage with stakeholders; manage projects; analyze data trends; present to leadership; monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Design and deploy HR programs and tools; ensure timely execution; secure buy-in across HR functions; measure against objectives; adjust as needed.
