Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinicians and administrative staff in a hybrid, Buckhead-based role.

You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while communicating the value of our care model and joining candidates through schedules and onboarding. You will collaborate with chiefs and HR staff, maintain recruitment dashboards, and ensure confidentiality of candidate information as you drive

Qualifications

• BS or BA in marketing, business, or related field.
• Six+ years direct experience in recruitment.
• Experience recruiting clinicians is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of physician and admin recruitment.
• Proficient with candidate sourcing and tracking tech (e.g., Taleo).
• Strong metrics and goal-driven performance.
• Marketing or sales experience preferred.
• Certified Medical Staff Recruiter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use Taleo to maintain candidate records from application to hire.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
• Collaborate with recruitment specialists to support onboarding.
• Maintain knowledge of recruitment policies, procedures, and care model.
• Ensure confidentiality of all recruitment information.

# Sr Recruiter## Location:Atlanta, GA## Schedule:Full-time**Job Brief:** Sr. RecruiterThe senior recruiter is responsible for the recruiting of Kaiser Permanente/ The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) clinicians and administrative employees. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, effectively communicating the value of the Southeast Permanente Medical Group, our unique care model, and the position, escorting candidates through interview schedule, addressing questions and concerns to obtain commitments, negotiating contracts and any other details pertaining to the essential functions of full cycle recruitment.**Summary:**The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is one of Georgia’s largest independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical groups.
