Job summary

Barge Design Solutions is seeking a college student for a paid internship in Atlanta, GA, Summer 2027. The role focuses on Talent Acquisition, onboarding coordination, and supporting leadership development initiatives. You’ll work full-time in-person with mentors guiding you through diverse HR projects.

Responsibilities include collaborating across teams, assisting with interviews, onboarding, and daily HR operations while gaining exposure to multiple facets of the company’s talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preference for students not requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Talent Acquisition tasks and coordinate interviews or onboarding processes.
• Support the deployment of learning and development activities.
• Assist with leadership development tools and management support.
• Provide support to the HR Director on special projects.
• Communicate across various levels and locations.
• Assist business professionals in daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members on new ideas and innovations.
