HP in Houston is seeking a Programs Coordinator to promote employee engagement, drive community impact goals, and raise awareness of HP and related products through creative, interactive experiences. You will support events, manage Digital Oasis activities, and collaborate with HP teams to grow Oasis utilization.

You will also handle content creation, design print materials, and provide tours and demonstrations for small groups, contributing to a vibrant site culture and cross-team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–7 years of work experience in employee communications, product marketing, print, or related areas.
• Strong experience with content creation, event planning and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support users of the Digital Oasis equipment by answering questions and demonstrations.
• Support Houston Site Council events like STEM Days and College Connect Days.
• Create memorable experiences and build connections with Houston employees.
• Maintain printers and supplies, track orders, and coordinate with teams for events.
• Plan day-to-day operations, budgeting, and partner with BRGs for events.
