Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Development.
• Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
• Experience leading projects with multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating internships or early career programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights and candidate recommendations throughout selection.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent mapping for current and future needs.
• Lead Summer Internship Program end-to-end, including onboarding and performance follow-up.
• Support talent development processes: performance cycles, talent assessments, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Coordinate development conversations and exit interviews; identify trends and improvements.
• Prepare and analyze recruiting and talent development metrics with data-driven recommendations.
• Manage talent data in HR systems and ensure reporting integrity.
• Coordinate training initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
