Jobtailor is seeking an HR Analytics professional to oversee a range of HR administrative duties in a data-driven role across the engagement portal, recognition platform, and intranet systems.

You will manage summer interns hybrids, support recruitment activities, and ensure accurate reporting and data integration across HR databases. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to translate insights into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communications and presentations skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
