Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled HR analytics and integrations specialist to design, implement, and manage integrations across HRIS, payroll, and talent management systems. You will analyze HR data to uncover trends and provide strategic insights for workforce planning while collaborating with IT, HR, and operations to ensure data integrity and interoperability.

In this role, you will monitor workflows, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and drive HR analytics improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, data science, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR systems integrations and data analytics in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of data integration tools and techniques, including APIs, ETL, and middleware.
• Experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage integrations between HRIS, payroll, talent management, and other enterprise applications.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights for workforce planning and business strategy.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and operations to ensure data integrity and system interoperability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to maintain system performance and resolve data discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement of HR analytics capabilities by recommending new tools and best practices.
• Train HR staff and stakeholders on analytics tools and integration processes to enhance data literacy and system utilization.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal HR data management policies.
