Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of data analytics, process improvement, or executive support experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent review and 360-degree feedback processes for senior leaders and managers.
• Design qualitative and quantitative 360 feedback assessments with HR partners.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking talent management, promotion, and engagement trends.
• Audit data integrity across HR systems and reporting platforms.
• Deliver ad hoc reports and insights to leadership using emerging analytics tools.
