As a Talent Agent, you’ll help connect brands with creators by finding opportunities, developing ideas, and bringing partnerships to life. You’ll be involved in the work from the first conversation through the pitch, negotiation, and long-term growth of the relationship.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is hungry, resourceful, creative, and excited to build a career in the creator economy. You do not need previous experience in talent management or influencer marketing. We can teach you the industry. What matters most is that you communicate well, learn quickly, take ownership, and follow through.

What You’ll Own
