Responsibilities

• Learn what a brand is trying to accomplish and who it wants to reach.
• Develop partnership ideas that connect brands with creators.
• Build relationships with brand and agency decision-makers, then pitch ideas clearly.
• Manage an active pipeline with energy, consistency and good judgment.
• Understand each creator’s audience, voice, and commercial value.
• Shape concepts that feel right for the brand, creator and audience.
• Negotiate scope, pricing, usage, timelines and other terms.
• Turn first deals into larger, long-term brand relationships.
• Stay close to partnerships from pitch to handoff and identify renewals.
