Overview
The Talent Advocate Manager (TAM) is responsible for the management and successful delivery of one or more workforce upskilling (Rising Talent) projects and programs. This role is accountable for aligning delivery to client expectations, overseeing contracted services and deliverables, and driving successful program outcomes. The TAM also evaluates and communicates the business value and impact generated through each engagement.
In this role, the Talent Advocate Manager is responsible for project and program resource planning, including assignment, allocation, and tracking of consultant demand across initiatives. The TAM serves as the primary point of contact among TEKsystems, the client, and consultants, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and execution throughout the engagement lifecycle.
This position is aligned to the Rising Talent team within TEKsystems’ Workforce Development Practice and may also support related service offerings, including end-user technology adoption, custom development, and off-the-shelf training solutions, as business needs require.
The Workforce Upskilling group supports clients in addressing critical skill gaps through two primary service areas:
- Designing, developing, and delivering training solutions to upskill existing client employees
- Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, managing, and measuring new and diverse talent to meet client workforce needs
Qualified candidates will have experience managing learning and development initiatives, delivering training programs, and mentoring consultants throughout the lifecycle of a program.

This position may require up to 10% travel.
Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of project and program design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Direct and oversee project and program activities to ensure alignment with client expectations and achievement of budgeted financial objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for all aspects of assigned projects and programs, including client relationships and consultant engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, client managers, and mentors to proactively support consultant success during training and on-the-job phases of the program.
- Identify risks in a timely manner and develop detailed success plans to mitigate issues and support program outcomes.
- Present program updates, delivery strategies, and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders using a consultative approach.
- Adhere to PMO processes and effectively use systems and tools to track, manage, and plan delivery activities.
- Coordinate training delivery events and report program metrics, including collaboration with internal teams and third-party training partners to ensure successful execution.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support consultant recruiting and onboarding activities.
- Coach consultants on business skills to strengthen performance, enable successful delivery of customer work, and cultivate continuous learning and professional growth throughout the engagement.
- Maintain effectiveness and professionalism while working across diverse roles, teams, and personalities.
- Accountable for tracking and communicating key performance metrics, including consultant outcomes, client satisfaction, and financial and utilization indicators to ensure overall program health.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Agile, PMP, IAOP, or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in training, education, or related disciplines, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including defining scope and budget, developing project plans, managing consultants, resolving issues, and reporting status.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing programs that include coaching, developing, and engaging a diverse group of consultants.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Experience applying both traditional and agile project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience managing and delivering client professional services agreements.
- Understanding of services outsourcing is preferred.
- Information technology industry experience is preferred.

- US Salary range:$80,000-$120,000 Potential bonus up to: $12,000
