The Senior AWS Alliance Solutions Architect supports and advances the AWS Partnership across five key pillars. Partner Differentiation focuses on strategy creation, competency achievement, documentation, thought leadership, and technical credibility. Partner Facing – Alignment and Engagement represents the company, fosters partnerships, and acts as the primary technical contact with AWS including regular engagement with PDMs and Partner SAs. Partner Programs involve program liaison, alignment, and technical support for funding and incentive programs. Internal Collaboration and Enablement manages training coordination, operational enablement, and ensuring internal teams can independently operate alliance tools and processes. Alliance Technical Development encompasses building agentic automation, internal tooling, pipeline management, and scalable processes.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
  • Spearhead strategies for Partner Specializations, including competencies, service delivery designations, and service offerings.
  • Lead the development of artifacts and presentations required to achieve and maintain Partner Specializations, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Support AI competency strategy with awareness of how multi-cloud AI partnerships (AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic) integrate into our AWS GTM strategy.
  • Contribute to and manage our AWS Marketplace strategy, supporting new and existing professional services listings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for engaging with AWS Technical Teams.
  • Participate in technical thought leadership content creation (blogs, webinars, podcasts, videos, newsletters) and lead joint opportunities with AWS.
  • Represent the company at AWS events such as Summits and re:Invent, serving as the primary technical contact.
  • Engage on a regular cadence with AWS PDMs and Partner SAs, including joint pipeline reviews and technical alignment.
  • Serve as the technical voice on ACE inputs — understanding what AWS needs to see (GenAI service tagging, solution alignment, quality scoring).
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and AWS in a technical capacity, functioning as counterpart to the AWS Partner Solutions Architect.
  • Act as technical liaison for partner programs like Immersion Day, GameDay, Well-Architected, MAP 2.0, MODNET, and GenAI programs.
  • Support the BD team's funding program activities on technical compliance and program stacking considerations.

  • Coordinate training strategies and delivery for AWS solutions, services, and programs, liaising between AWS and internal teams.
  • Ensure alliance team can independently operate tools and processes — focus on enablement and adoption.
  • Collaborate with AWS and internal teams to support and enable go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions.
  • Build and maintain agentic automation and internal tooling using modern AI approaches (agents, LLM-driven workflows) that scale the alliance function.
  • Optimize the ACE co-sell pipeline including quality scoring, solution tagging, PRM compliance, and opportunity lifecycle.
  • Stay current on AWS APN/ACE agentic platform capabilities and integrate as appropriate.
  • Deliver reporting and analytics serving both internal leadership and AWS-facing engagement.
