Qualifications

• High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education greatly preferred.
• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role a plus; staffing industry experience preferred.
• Experience in sales, human resources, or service industry recommended.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, conduct interviews and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs.
• Perform resume searches and fulfill client orders promptly.
• Assist in development of business leads and client retention strategies.
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers.
• Implement marketing programs for sales calls and branch visibility.
• Nurture partnerships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Recruit, train and retain temporary associates; coach and counsel for performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints for associates and customers.
