Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor for a 12-month engagement. You will blend deep technical recruiting with strategy to influence managers and accelerate hires for hard-to-fill roles.

This hybrid role requires strong sourcing, market insights, and collaboration with HR and stakeholders to build talent pipelines across client verticals in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting Client's business verticals.
• Partner with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels.
• Create and implement sourcing strategy, execute the end-to-end recruiting process, conduct intake meetings with managers to align on position, impact and expectations.
• Identify the best online sourcing channels and organize outreach to identify high-quality candidates.
• Proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility and acquisition strategy development.
• Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills; strong communication; deep understanding of labor markets.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience and experience with ATS.

Job Description:

We need a technical recruiter, someone that understands technology recruiting and how to influence managers to move things forward.

Responsbilities:

• Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting Client's business verticals. Will partner with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels.
• Create and implement sourcing strategy, execute the end-to-end recruiting process, conduct in-depth intake meetings with managers to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education.
• Identify the best online sourcing channels, organize targeted outreach events in the industry to identify high quality candidates and assess candidate quality, skills and fit for positions.
• Must have proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility and demonstrated experience developing acquisition strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills and a deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
