Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system recruiting talent to support its nationwide operations. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, partnering with managers, and guiding offers to meet salary guidelines while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
You will work with the Talent Acquisition team to fill requisitions, develop candidate pipelines, and ensure offers align with compensation strategies, all while contributing to Ascension's mission and values.

Salary Range: $65,712.77-$91,599.55 per year

Research and source candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques and establish external relationships.
Consult with hiring managers to clarify specific job objectives, requirements and preferences.
Perform local and nationwide targeted searches, generate candidate leads and develop lists of potential candidates.
Work with HR Partners and Compensation to identify salary offer guidelines and extend offers to candidates.
