Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, inside sales, customer success, or a similar role.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach, including calls, texts, and emails.
• Strong verbal communication skills, confident on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily shift outreach via phone, text, and email.
• Contact newly approved professionals within 24–48 hours of approval.
• Manage a portfolio of active, disengaged, and never-worked professionals.
