Job summary

Kwikly Dental Staffing is seeking a metrics-driven sales professional to own a book of dental professionals from approval to their fiftieth shift. You will reach new hires quickly, align availability and preferences, and keep shifts filled through proactive outreach and data cleanliness.

You will manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, text and email, ensuring professionals are booked for shifts and re-engaged as needed.

Qualifications

• High-volume inside sales or recruiting experience is preferred.
• Experience with account management is a plus.
• Strong phone-based communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage a large book of professionals and keep data clean.

Responsibilities

• Reach newly approved dental professionals quickly and book them on a first shift.
• Learn each person’s availability, travel radius, and what makes a shift worth taking.
• Work your book daily via call, text and email, both inbound and outbound.
• Monitor booked shifts for risk and intervene before cancellations become no-shows.
• Fill short-notice openings by knowing who is available in your market.
• Re-activate professionals who stop picking up shifts and keep data up to date.
