Qualifications

• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to identify best-fit candidates.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage recruitment administration: ATS updates, workflow tracking, postings, onboarding materials.
• Participate in workforce planning and internship recruitment programs.
• Attend recruiting events and career fairs; maintain a professional social media presence.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Measure, analyze, and report recruitment metrics.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
