Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in HR management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HR management programs with recruitment, records, and compliance.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and ability to work with diverse staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage recruitment and selection strategies.
• Coordinate recruitment advertising, social media, e-recruiting, and applicant tracking.
• Plan, implement, and manage HR training and professional development initiatives.
• Support classification and compensation activities and maintain records of vacancies.
• Maintain compliant recruitment and selection records for all positions.
• Assist with credentialing for staff and adjunct employees.
• Administer NEOGOV and ensure accurate HR data across systems and reports.
