Work schedule will be on-site, Full-time on the Day Shift, M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM.

Summary

Responsible for managing the day-to-day talent acquisition function in Human Resources. Devises strategy and recruitment process, as well as execution of the sourcing and recruiting campaigns.

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers and closing candidates.
• Supervise and mentor recruiting staff, providing guidance, training and performance management to build a high-performing talent acquisition team.
• Establish and lead organizational strategies to identify, recruit, interview and retain employee workforce.
• Ensure recruiting processes align with current and future workforce needs.
• Maintain working relationship with Background Check vendor
• Recruitment marketing vendor management, including campaign management and invoicing
• Work closely with leadership to determine recruitment needs, staffing priorities and hard to fill areas
• Working relationship with Strategic Marketing and Communications to maintain brand standards in all marketing materials
• Set recruitment marketing strategy for different positions and functions within the organization.
• Oversee recruitment tools and ATS, ensuring efficient workflows and data integrity.
• Assess external labor market conditions to develop the most effective and appropriate recruiting channels and methods.
• Utilize internal tracking system to capture recruiting and hiring activity while maintaining appropriate documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Track metrics for recruiting activities.
• Set social media communication strategy for different positions and functions within the organization.
• Partner to build and maintain long-term relationships at target universities with key faculty and professors.
• Assist with HR projects/initiatives as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience

Progressive experience of at least 5 years in talent acquisition.

Education

Bachelor of Science or Arts in Human Resources Management or equivalent
