Englewood Lab in Totowa, NJ is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our manufacturing HR team. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and supporting training administration in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, manage background checks, and maintain HR records while assisting with employee training, onboarding, and HR communications. On-site five days a week.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing, resume screening, and recruitment coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• On-site work in Totowa, NJ five days per week.
