Qualifications

• One year of paraprofessional personnel work experience OR bachelor's degree from accredited college/university.
• Experience with HR recruitment and working with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn or Handshake for recruiting hard-to-fill positions.
• Social media recruiting and organizational branding experience.
• Data analysis skills to make recruitment or marketing recommendations.
• Marketing or outreach experience representing an organization at events.
