Join us as a Talent Acquisition–Technical Sourcing Specialist! We have won multiple “Best Places to Work” awards and have a cool office and a great team.

Responsibilities

• Utilize recruiting resources to identify qualified IT professionals interested in positions with our clients.
• Use Internet sourcing, networking, outreach and other sourcing techniques.
• Meet a weekly goal of qualified talent generated from sourcing activity and present qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Specialists/Sales Reps.
• Post available positions online internally and externally on job boards and social media.
• Maintain all documentation using our Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn).

This is mostly an on‑site position in downtown Milwaukee. We pay for covered parking. A limited hybrid schedule can be worked out over time.
