Responsibilities:

• Utilize recruiting resources to identify qualified IT professionals interested in positions with our clients
• This includes Internet sourcing, networking, outreach and other sourcing techniques
• Responsible for meeting a weekly goal of qualified talent generated from sourcing activity and presenting qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Specialists/Sales Reps
• Post available positions online internally and externally. job boards, social media
• Maintain all documentation using our Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn)

This is mostly an on-site position here in downtown Milwaukee. We pay for covered parking. A limited hybrid schedule can be worked out over time.
