Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations Excellence in Miami, hybrid role. You will own the TA technology stack, optimize processes, and partner with IT and HR Tech to deliver a scalable, data-driven hiring engine for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, or HR Operations.
• 5+ years hands-on TA technology experience, including Workday Recruiting.
• Proven implementation experience leading TA or HR technology deployments end to end.
• Track record of managing vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional delivery.
• Data-driven mindset with recruiting metrics guiding strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills and change leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TA technology ecosystem with Workday Recruiting at the core.
• Partner with HR Tech and IT to define the multi-year TA tech roadmap.
• Drive configuration, governance, data integrity, and scalability of systems.
• Identify and deploy automation and AI capabilities to reduce manual work.
• Lead quarterly TA technology planning, roadmaps, and projects in Asana.
• Own contractor intake and vendor relationship management.
