Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle recruiting for hourly, supervisory, management, and corporate positions.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
• Develop initiatives to improve engagement, morale, recognition, and retention.
• Oversee HR recruiters and onboarding processes.
• Monitor hiring and turnover metrics and recommend retention strategies.
