Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong prioritization abilities in dynamic settings.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking qualified applicants from Sussex County as well as throughout Northern New Jersey, including Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic counties.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Northern NJ area of the NY Metro market. In this role, you will play a key part in driving hiring efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers and local leadership to build high-performing teams that support our continued growth. What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment—experience in skilled trades or service industries is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic setting
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (iCIMS experience preferred)

Compensation:
