Job summary

APC Hospitality LLC. is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition & Team Building Manager in Verona, NJ to lead HR operations across parking, valet, hospitality, and corporate teams.

You will partner with leadership, manage onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance, and develop initiatives to improve engagement and retention. The role requires 7+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with payroll/HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 7+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Payroll/HRIS systems experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Some weekend availability required.
• Experience in parking, hospitality, transportation, or high-volume service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for hourly, supervisory, management, and corporate positions.
• Partner with operations to forecast staffing needs and maintain staffing levels.
• Develop recruiting strategies and community/talent pipeline partnerships.
• Conduct employee investigations and coach managers on performance management.
• Manage onboarding, training, certifications, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and reporting.
