Job summary

APC Hospitality LLC in Verona, NJ, seeks a hands-on Talent Acquisition & Team Building Manager to lead HR operations across parking, hospitality, and corporate functions. You will own full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and workforce engagement, partnering with leadership to build a service-oriented culture.

Regular hours are Monday through Friday with occasional weekend availability; salary is $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 7+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Payroll/HRIS systems experience; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Experience in parking, hospitality or high-volume service environments preferred.
• Some weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and leadership.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for hourly, supervisory, management, and corporate positions.
• Oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and compliance.
• Administer benefits and workers’ compensation, and leave programs.
• Monitor HR metrics and drive workforce engagement and retention.
