Job summary

Inspira Education Group is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to build an outbound talent engine in NYC. You will design targeting strategies, run high-volume outreach, and collaborate with founders to turn talent acquisition into a competitive advantage.

You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, creating scalable playbooks, dashboards, and messaging frameworks while working in-office in New York City five days a week.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in management consulting (MBB strongly preferred), strategy consulting, or top-tier strategy & operations.
• Builder mentality: energized by creating from scratch, even if unglamorous early on.
• Analytical + scrappy: think in frameworks and optimize based on data.
• Exceptional written communication: write dozens of personalized messages daily.
• Intellectual honesty: willing to trade prestige for ownership and impact.
• Resilience: low response rates motivate improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build & Execute the Talent Acquisition Engine: run Boolean searches, review profiles, manage multi-touch outreach, conduct screening calls, experiment with sourcing beyond LinkedIn, design acquisition strategies, create IC Candidate Profiles, develop messaging frameworks, run A/B tests.
• Optimize & Scale: build dashboards, analyze performance, document playbooks, conduct market intelligence, present insights, optimize workflows, collaborate with founders and hiring managers, train offshore support.
• Collaborate with founders and leadership to design talent acquisition as a competitive advantage and ensure seamless candidate handoffs.
