Our immediate need is for a Talent Specialist I and a Talent Specialist II

What you need to know

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.

Location: Position is located on-site in College Station Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one full year of HR related experience.
• Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist II: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and five full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• *Compensation and classification is based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of state and federal policy in recruiting, hiring and employment.
• Track record of personal accountability, integrity, and proven organizational skills.
• Strong written communication, analytical, interpersonal, customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HR systems including Workday or other HCM application, background investigation and credential verification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar field of study.
• More than one year of experience of recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring activities.
• Experience coordinating recruiting activities through HR representatives in the field.
