In this role, you will help lead our efforts in identifying, recruiting, and retaining top-tier talent. This position is essential to advancing our strategic business goals by ensuring we have the right people in the right places to drive performance and innovation across the university.
Our immediate need is for a Talent Specialist I and Talent Specialist II.
Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.
Location: Position is located on-site in College Station Texas.
Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one full year of HR related experience.
Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist II: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and five full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
